The Eskimo EPOS till solution is ordered with a monthly support contract. Our Eskimo Support is there for any assistance you may require with our software; this includes any further training as you start to investigate the options available to you as you become more familiar with the many elements of the Eskimo software products.
Remote telephone support is available 09-00 to 17-00 Monday to Saturday. You must have a broadband connection in place to enable our support team to connect with your till system.
Our support team are all fully-trained in the Eskimo EPOS and eCommerce software suite; when you call you get straight through to a person; no annoying automated menus to choose from!
You will find all of Nebula’s staff very friendly, courteous and professional to deal with; if they are unable to answer your query there and then you will receive a prompt call back. Importantly you will be kept posted with developments on your query if there is anything outstanding.
